By accessing our website or authorizing Mid Connect to commence work on a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (the client) and Mid Connect concerning your access to and use of our agency services.
Mid Connect provides specialized digital and creative services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for your project will be outlined in a separate Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).
Social Media Management, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing & Web Development.
Product & Service Shoots, Music Video Directing, Shooting, and Editing.
Unless otherwise specified in your proposal, a non-refundable upfront deposit is required before any work—including web design or video pre-production—begins. Final files, website launches, and ad campaigns will only go live once the remaining balance is paid in full.
Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership and rights to the final deliverables (websites, edited videos, ad graphics). Mid Connect retains the right to display the completed work in our digital portfolio and social media for promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
